The Meeter/Greeters are always on time and very helpful in introducing us to the property, the car service is reasonably priced and seems to employ experienced and friendly drivers, and there is almost always a good variety of properties from which to choose. I do not recall the name of the representative who met us there, but she was absolutely delightful. The flat itself was neat and quite well-appointed. What a brilliant idea to have the fridge stocked with a few helpful items to get us started! Our greeter was so friendly and helpful upon our arrival. She gave us a complete tour of the home, then walked us through how to lock the doors, use the laundry, etc. She gave us the maps we used all week, and helped us locate a few things around town before she left.

SGS is an incredibly well located apartment close to the bus and tube station. The apartment has its quirks or idiosyncrasies but is still excellent despite these. The web page images are a true reflection of the apartment. The kitchen is a bit small but well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and there is ample closet space. Both bathrooms are modern with ample hot water and nice showers. Locally dining is hit and miss but there is an amazing pub around the corner that specializes in a wide range of beers and very convenient grocery stores close by. Finally there are major bus routes right outside or close by including our favourite the number 24 double decker. Vanessa Auld

We were very pleased with this property. Everything was as advertised. The wireless reception was fantastic, which was important to us. There was plenty of room for the six of us. It was fantastic to have a spacious place so close to the underground and rail station.We were particularly pleased that there were some basics available for our use, for eg. dishwasher pellets. Also welcome was the fact that there was stuff left by previous guests. Too often we are asked to get rid of everything when we leave even though isn't always necessary in my view. We had the regrettable experience of having originally booked (and paid) our own independent accommodation in Mayfair which we left after one night, but Harley and his team came to our rescue and organised in a day (due to our immediate circumstances) our chosen apartment, CWN. Ironcially, before we left Australia we were deciding between CWN and the other private unit we found on the internet. Needless to say, we made the wrong choice but that was quickly righted by this fabulous company. Always go with your instincts!

WAN is a fantastic property, we felt at home in the tastefully decorated house (that was just like the description on the web) It is a good place to stay also if you have children. The kitchen is well equipped. The tube is quite close (5-10 min walk) but if you are tired you can take the bus. There are many places close-by if you want to eat out in the evening and it is a good (safe) neighbourhood. Wireless internet (if you have your pc) and flat screen with Sky are two more pluses. A bit noisy (trains now and then, flights, traffic) but not too much considering that this is London!
At last we have found the solution to finding spacious, clean accommodation in a gracious London location. Several previous experiences with rental properties and hotel accommodation were less than satisfactory. Thank you Coach House Rentals; we are happy to recommend your services.

I arranged the accomodation for an extended family vacation last summer. Three families stayed at Spear Mews: one couple, a couple with two girls ages 9 & 11, and a couple with an 8 year old girl. We were all comfortable and enjoyed the house and our stay tremendously. In particular, we loved the garden, the quiet street and the comfortable beds. We walked to Hyde Park and the V & A, and Earls Court tube station was a 5 minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.I would highly recommend Spear Mews to any large group staying in London for more than a few days. I was hesitant about the area (bad information from someone in the states who hadn't been near Battersea in over 20 years), but we are so glad we chose Parkgate Road. The flat was beyond our expectations. And the location was perfect. Having the 19 and 319 buses a couple of blocks from us was so convenient, and if we weren't in a hurry, the walk to the Sloane Square tube was pleasant. We loved walking through Battersea Park. What a great find. And having two pubs near the flat was great as well as the Butcher and Grill and the little market. It was very quiet at night and I highly recommend this flat to anyone visiting London. We would definitely stay there again. This surprisingly spacious, fully equipped, clean and tastefully decorated, yet uncluttered apartment was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 - children 14 and 11 years. What you see on the website is what you get - unlike many other misleading apartment advertisements we came across on other sites. There is no trick photography - we found the apartment more spacious than what was shown in the photos on the website. The location is superb and the apartment rent is extremely good value for money. The relatively spacious bathroom has a full length bath as well as shower. The kitchen is equipped with all the modern accessories and also surpassed our expectations. This was my first time renting a house sight unseen. The picutres were accurate and all appliances/amenities were as described. Coach House was very easy to work with and quite responsive to all questions. I was with two teens and having the additional space of a house along with our own kitchen for breakfast was perfect.

We were very comfortable here--the apartment is in a nice area (we were two single women, and always felt perfectly safe walking back to the apartment even late at night); it's very convenient to transportation but also walking distance to nearly everything in central London; and it had all the necessities as well as quite a few luxuries. The location was excellent! You can walk to 3 different tube stations w/in 10 minutes. There are many different shops, pubs and restaurants nearby. Great for families as the adults and children can each have their own rooms for privacy. More room than if you went to a hotel or B&B. We ate in for breakfast daily which saved us some money! We were very pleased with the accommodations. It is a lovely apartment with nice furnishings. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. The apartment is in an excellent location with lots of restaurants near by. The Pimlico Tube is very convenient and you are in walking distance of major sites such as Westminster Abbey, Parliament Buildings, Big Ben, Tate Museum.

St. Georges Square was a perfect accommodation for my wife and I and our two grown sons. Its well appointed, has ample space for four adults, and is in an excellent location. It's convenient to the Tube, and is also but a short walk to Westminister, Tate Modern, Victoria Square, Sloan Square and the Harrod's shopping area. The Theed St property is outstanding. A quiet location near Waterloo Station. Within easy walking distance of several shop and a great bakery. Kitchen is modern. Apartment is spacious (although it has stairs). One of the best places we have stayed in London. Highly recommended. jeff schmoll
We really enjoyed our stay at the LAU property. It is in a very nice location, convenient to shops, restaurants and the tube station. The flat itself was very nice and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Deborah Eldredge
Harley was so very nice going thru everything with us. So helpful and letting us come in early so the kids could sleep a few hours.

Upon planning our trip, we wanted to stay in a more traditional England setting. The Coach House was just what we were looking for. so quaint, so quiet, so beautiful. We were close to the Tube, close to a nice park, and close to basic groceries. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again! .Patrice FitzGerald
Our greeter was superb. She met us late at night and brought the Welcome Pack thereby making our arrival much more pleasant than if she had met us the next morning. She was very friendly and welcoming.

We have stayed in some of your other properties and prefer this to any of the others. There are aspects of the property that might concern a one time visitor or perhaps someone who requires everything quite up to date but it meets our needs brilliantly. We enjoy the garden immensely and find the location very convenient. It is just a short walk to the Victoria train and tube station and the stop for the #11 bus is only about five minutes walk. The kitchen could use a bit of equipment but we seriously doubt most visitors actually use it to cook a meal. We so enjoy staying here and appreciate the opportunity to share this pretty little house.

We were a family of four with two children (14 and 11). The booking went smoothly and being collected at the airport and driven to the apartment was wonderful after a 24 hour flight. The apartment was in a good street, good size, clean, well equipped and very well located. We walked to a lot of major tourist locations and it was a very short walk to the underground and restaurants. We would love to come back one day. Lin Johnson

The property actually exceeded our expectations. Somehow the pictures on the website make the front room and the smaller bedroom look smaller and darker than they actually are.

Our stay at Ranelagh Grove was wonderful. The property is very nicely decorated, spacious, and overall delightful. The garden is a great plus. We enjoyed several sunny days and sitting in the garden in the sun was a treat.

We had such a wonderful time in London and are so happy with our decision to stay in a flat through Coach House Rentals. As we were planning, it was great to view all the photos and see where the flat was located within the city. They answered every question we had. The flat met the needs of our family (mom, dad, 10 yr old and 13 yr old). The kids were glad to have their own space. We were glad to have our own space to unwind after a busy London day. It was a short walk to the tube each day and so much within walking distance--restaurants, museums (don't underestimate the Army Museum!), shopping. The flat is on the small side, but we made it work for us. Be advised there is no cable tv--and that's a plus or minus, depending on who in our family you ask! And, having the car service meet us at the airport was worth every penny. I can't imagine ever travelling for any length of time with my family and staying in a hotel--not anymore. This was our second time using Coach House to find and book a property for a family stay in London. Like our first experience, this second time was great. The property was lovely -- exactly as presented on the website; the booking process was efficient and secure; the greeter was delightful and helpful; the little extras like the breakfast pack and the driver to take us to the airport at the end of our stay, enhanced our time in London because we could focus on what site to visit next, and not worry about logistical details. I'm writing to say how pleased I was with the rental at 7 Gledhow Gardens. It's a elegant flat, beautifully located, quiet and it felt like "home". It made our stay in London -- despite the weather! -- all the more enjoyable. Should it become free again when I visit London I'll be sure to rent it. I also want to thank your entire organization. I often rent apartments when I travel Europe but I've rarely had such great service. The woman who met me at the apartment was delightful and had even bought some basic breakfast food and milk. Everything was just perfect. This is short-term rental at its absolute best!

I had a very wonderful stay with Coach House. The apartment SGS was spacious and lovely (exactly as described in website)and the location was superb - safe, quiet and just a short walk to the tube. We had everything we needed in the apartment and it is so much more convenient compared to a hotel, especially when you are travelling with young kids!
I would also like to thank Harley and the Coach House staff who helped to keep and return a jacket we left behind in the apartment. I would certainly book a Coach House apartment for my future stays in London, for the convenience and reliability.
