This modern, mews-style house is in a small new (year 2000) gated development on the edge of The City of London. Here you are within easy walking distance of The British Museum as well as The West End - buzzy Covent Garden, Leicester Square and London's theatre district. It's also in the heart of London's legal district with several historic Inns Of Court close by - in fact the current owner named it "The Judge's House" as she bought it from a judge!

Security is ensured with a keypad controlled entry gate. Your nearest tube station is Holborn (pronounced Hobon, Central and Piccadilly lines).

The house is decorated and furnished in fashionable "boutique hotel style" - oak wooden floor downstairs, cream carpeting upstairs, and sleeps a maximum of 4 people in two double bedrooms rooms. A sofa-bed in the living area can be used if sleeping arrangements require. There are two bathrooms.

Having gained entrance to the private entrance courtyard, the front door is a few paces on and opens onto a small hallway, which in turn leads into an L shaped open-plan living, dining and kitchen area.

The living/dining area (18ft6 x 11ft6, 5.65m x 3.5m) occupies the longer side of the L and is furnished with a two seater and a three seater sofa opposite a low glass coffee table, with additional side-tables and lamps.

On one wall is a 32in (80cm) flat screen TV (DVD player attached) with digital channels. There is mini hifi system, a set of iPod speakers and a laptop with wifi broadband internet connection (so you can also connect with your own laptop if you bring it)..

French doors give onto a narrow white-walled terrace with table, umbrella and chairs.

The oak dining table with 4 upholstered chairs is in the angle of the L, while the kitchen with walnut wood counter, double stainless steel sink/drainer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric grill, gas hob and electric oven, fridge, freezer, etc. is in the shorter leg of the L.

Upstairs, the master bedroom (3.35m x 2.95m) has a 4ft6 wide bed and en-suite bathroom with bath + over-shower, basin and loo.



The second bathroom has a shower, basin and loo.

The second bedroom has a sofa which converts into a 4ft wide double bed (but if sleeping arrangements require one person can sleep here with a fourth on the living room sofa-bed). This room also has a fold-away table and chair and so alternatively can be used as an office/study.

Situated between The City and The West End, close to many excellent restaurants with the West End's theatre land a stone's throw away, this property is an excellent location for the tourist or businessman/woman requiring short stay accommodation.
