Our Properties

Most of our properties are either the homes of Londoners who are away for an extended period, or an under-used pied-à-terre.

All are hand picked and are places where we would be happy to stay ourselves! As well as a description and photos of the property we try to give you a feel for the area, its attractions and amenities.

Most are no more than 10 minutes from the tube - often less.

All properties come with their own "mini guide" to the area covering the neighbourhood shops, local transport, pubs, restaurants and cafés. They also have a folder with brief notes on appliances, heating & hot water, security systems etc.

All properties have a telephone which you can use as you wish. Some have a computer and internet access.

The prices quoted are per property per night - please remember we have a minimum stay of 5 nights unless stated otherwise, you can of course pay for the minimum number of nights but stay for fewer if you wish. Prices are payable in £s and include all taxes - the US$ rates shown are conversions at approximately £1 = $1.50 but please note this might not match the current conversion rate. In addition to the rent payable, for each let there is an additional charge of £75 - to cover all administrative costs and service elements. Our rates are based on stays of 3 weeks or less, reductions may be possible for longer stays (over 21 nights) in some properties. Some properties may be available at short notice.

If you book consecutive rentals in London and Paris the security deposit on the second rental is reduced by up to 50% - with a minimum total on the two properties of £500 (€750).

Callow Street (Ref: CAL) - sleeps 2/3

This beautiful modern apartment is situated in the heart of Chelsea. The area boasts some excellent shops and restaurants, not to mention impressive nightclubs and bars. Your nearest tube station is South Kensington (District, Circle and Piccadilly lines) - about a 10 minute walk. There are frequent buses running along the Fulham Road. The property sleeps 3 people in one double bedroom and a sofa-bed. There's one bathroom.

Thurleigh Courty (Ref: TLC) - sleeps 4

This two bedroomed apartment is located a few minutes from Clapham South tube station with its speedy connection into central London. This is a popular area – abundant with good restaurants, great bars and the vast green space of Clapham Common. The flat is on the 3rd flood (good lift) of a modern block and sleeps 4 in one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. There is one bathroom.

With classic furniture and nice finishing touches throughout, this modern property is very welcoming. Wireless internet access is available throughout.

Wyndham Place (Ref: WYN) - sleeps 2/4

Staying here you're within 10 minutes walk of Marble Arch and Oxford Street, Regent's Park and Hyde Park, Baker Street (221b home of Sherlock Holmes) and Madame Tussaud's. Some of the smartest shops in London are virtually on your doorstep, together with ancient churches, traditional pubs, and cafés and restaurants of every national flavour. The apartment is on the ground floor of a very quiet street, it comfortably sleeps 4 people in one double bedroom and two single beds (which double as couches) in the living room, with one bathroom and a separate loo. There's a wifi high-speed broadband internet connection.

Donne Place (Ref: DNE) - sleeps 4

Antique furniture, fine art and comfortable furnishings combine with tasteful elegance to make this property the natural choice for someone who is looking for affordable quality in a top location. With Harrods just 10 minutes walk away, lovely Hyde Park not much further and some of the best London restaurants in the area, this property is a great find. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac so there is very limited traffic noise.

Warwick Square Mews (Ref: WSM) - sleeps 4

This is a real gem of a find - a charming little house tucked away in a quiet cobbled mews just behind Warwick Square. In the 1840s, when the grand houses of the square were built, the horses, carriages and grooms of their occupants were housed these mews properties. These times long past, the now converted mews houses are considered some of the most desirable pied-à-terres in London - not least because of their quiet situation and private parking.The accommodation is on two floors, it sleeps 4 people in two double bedrooms which share a bathroom. The property comes with parking for one car and has high-speed broadband internet access.

Addison Crescent (Ref: ADC) - sleeps 4

Situated just a few minutes walk from Kensington High Street and less than ten minutes from the newly built designer shopping centre - Westfield, this property is in an excellent position - close to some of the city's famous shopping areas as well as many excellent restaurants.

The house sleeps 4 in one double bedroom and one twin room, with two ensuite bathrooms and art lovers will appreciate the variety of original artworks displayed throughout this property, both classic and contemporary - there is an interesting mix of paintings and photography adding character to every room.

Ranelagh Grove (Ref: RAN) - sleeps 5

Situated 5 minutes walk from Sloane Square (tube District & Circle lines) and 10 minutes from Victoria (overland rail, coach station and tube – Victoria, District & Circle lines) this property is perfectly located in a quiet street but in an area which offers a myriad of entertainment, shopping and dining options as well as providing excellent transport connections to other areas of London. The house sleeps five in two double rooms and one single, there are two bathrooms (one en-suite). Wireless internet access in available throughout.

Eclectic and classic in style, you can see the owner's "antique dealer" influences in every room. Here you will find a spacious property which combines traditional English touches with dramatic furniture and art – while still retaining a warm, homely feel.

Milner Street (Ref: MIL2) - sleeps 6

Milner Street is in one of the smartest parts of Chelsea, some would even call it Knightsbridge! Indeed Harrods and the Knightsbridge tube station (Piccadilly line) are the same distance as Sloane Square (the centre of the universe for the London upper-crust) and its tube (District and Circle lines); both just 5 minutes walk.

The accommodation is arranged over 5 floors and sleeps 6 people in 2 double bedrooms and a single with a pull-out trundle bed.

Bessborough Place (Ref: BES) - sleeps 7

This spacious property provides an excellent location with good transport links, four bedrooms, outside patio, and private parking space. Pimlico tube station (Victoria line), providing quick access to Victoria and the heart of the West End, is less than 5 minutes on foot. The house is situated in a quiet, private estate and has a homely and comfortable feel, the accommodation is arranged over 3 floors. Wireless internet access is available throughout.

Farrier Walk (Ref: FRW) - sleeps 7

Situated in the heart of Chelsea - just 10 mins walk from the famous Chelsea football ground - Stamford Bridge - this property is in a great spot, quietly tucked away in a private mews. Guests will appreciate the convenience of this location which is close to Battersea Park, the River Thames, Sloane Square, Kings Road and Earl's Court – famous for its exhibition centre which regularly hosts large events. Earl's Court tube station (District and Piccadilly lines) is a 10 minute walk. This rental sleeps 7 in three double bedrooms and one single. There are three bathrooms and a guest loo.
