This duplex apartment, between Earl's Court and South Kensington, is on the third and fourth floors (no lift) of a Victorian town house. It's home to a family with 3 young children, he's an author/journalist and she's a family doctor. It's not smart - in fact it's quite lived-in, but it's excellent value for money and ideal for a family with children under 18, with a big plus that you have access to the attractive private garden square.
The accommodation sleeps a maximum of 7 (maximum 5 adults) in one double bedroom, one room with a sofa that converts to a small double, a single bedroom, a room with bunk beds* and a room with a loft bed*. There are two bathrooms. Your nearest tube, within 5 minutes walk, is Gloucester Road (Piccadilly, District and Circle lines).
*Suitable for children or young adults
