This large, quality apartment occupies half of the 4th floor (there is a good lift) of a fine, late Victorian, mansion block. The hallway and reception rooms have polished parquet wooden flooring and are furnished with quality antique furniture. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are modern and contemporary.


The flat comfortably sleeps 8 people in 3 double bedrooms and one twin. There are 3 full bathrooms and an additional guests loo.


The entrance door opens onto an attractive hallway with two antique chairs, an inlaid commode and a grandfather clock. One hallway door gives onto the drawing room and another onto the kitchen.

The drawing room (24ft x 15ft, 7.35m x 4.6m) is open-plan with the dining room + TV watching area (24ft x 15ft, 7.35m x 4.6m) making a total open area of 9.2m.x 7.35, 30ft x 24ft. The drawing room is furnished with two seater sofa, three seater sofa and two high backed chairs round a low central table. Either side of the fireplace there are side tables with lamps.

Behind the smaller sofa, in front of the bay window, is a glass table with two chairs.

On the dining side, the bay window area is furnished for TV viewing with 2 two/three seater sofas facing a large, wall mounted, flat-screen TV (full Sky package). The main part of the room has a fine Georgian dining table able to comfortably seat 8.

A doorway from the dining room gives into the bright, modern kitchen (12ft10 x 12ft3, 3.9m x 3.7m) with all the expected appliances including a microwave and dishwasher. The countertops are light granite, as is the breakfast bar which has seating for 4.

Close to the reception areas there is a guests loo.

There are 3 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 6ft wide bed, another TV (also with Sky channels) and its own en-suite bathroom with twin "his and her" basins, bath tub, separate stand-up shower, loo, heated towel rail and under floor heating.

The second bedroom has a 4ft6 wide double bed and also its own en-suite bathroom with stand-up shower, basin, loo and under floor heating.

The third double, with 5ft wide bed, and the twin bedroom share a bathroom, bath + over shower, basin and loo. The washing machine and separate dryer are also in this bathroom. The twin bedroom can also double as an office with a desk area and shelving. The flat has its own wifi broadband internet access.

The flat is in a great position. You are just off Sloane Square where there are some very smart shops (Tiffany's, Cartier, Pringle, Hackett's etc.) and 2 minutes from The Kings Road with its blend of high fashion and street-wise culture reminiscent of the 60s, numerous shops, pubs, cafés and restaurants, not to mention the Saatchi Gallery in Duke of York's Square, showcasing the best of contemporary art.
