The front door opens onto a narrow hallway which features high-ceilings and is adorned with an eclectic mix of framed artwork.

The drawing room is beautiful – with high ceilings, huge sash windows that let the afternoon sunshine simply spill into the space, ornate fireplace and a varnished wooden floor. There is a TV (5 channels), DVD player and a CD player - bring your own CDs. Two 2-seater sofas, chaise longue and several chairs means that there isn’t a shortage of seating options and lend themselves to the character of the room. A fascinating collection of artwork and shelves lined with books create a traditional and homely living area.

A few steps further lead to a kitchen/dining area with open plan access from the drawing room (27.9ft x 16ft, 8.46m x 4.88m. The door on the right leads into the kitchen area which features all the necessary appliances including an oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, kettle, cafetiere and dishwasher (but no microwave). The kitchen is light and airy and features a dining table with four chairs which are located between the kitchen and drawing room – making it ideal for entertaining guests.
